About Onpoint360
OnPoint360 was created by two experienced safety, risk and compliance professionals who understand the reality of working with schools, early learning services and child-focused community organisations — not just from a policy perspective, but from the day-to-day pressure of keeping children and people safe, meeting compliance obligations and responding properly when something goes wrong.

We know these are busy, complex environments. Leaders, committees and providers are managing children, families, staff, volunteers, boards, regulators, incidents, complaints, risk, wellbeing and safety — often all at once. Our role is to make that work clearer, simpler and more practical.
OnPoint360 provides support across child safety, reportable conduct, work health and safety, risk, compliance and assurance. We help organisations move beyond documents sitting in folders and into systems that people understand, use and can rely on when it matters.

Our approach is practical, calm and grounded in real operational experience. We do not believe compliance should be overwhelming, confusing or disconnected from everyday work. We help schools, early learning services and child-focused community organisations understand what is required, identify what needs strengthening, and build processes that are realistic, defensible and easy to follow.
Who We Are
Clare Cooper
Clare Cooper is an experienced safety, risk and compliance leader with more than 15 years’ experience working in the education sector. She has held senior leadership responsibility as Director of Safety, Risk and Compliance, supporting schools and education environments with practical systems, governance, assurance, risk management and safety processes.
Before moving into education, Clare worked across construction and defence, giving her a strong operational understanding of high-risk environments, contractor management, workplace safety, compliance expectations and the importance of clear, workable systems.
Clare brings a calm, strategic and practical approach to helping organisations strengthen their safety and compliance frameworks. She understands the pressures placed on school and early learning leaders and focuses on building systems that are clear, realistic and embedded into everyday practice.
Brigette Kelly
Brigette Kelly is an experienced safety, risk, compliance and investigations professional with more than 18 years’ experience across education, retail, not-for-profit, security, investigations and operational risk.
Brigette has worked in national and organisational risk and compliance roles, supporting schools, flexible learning environments, early learning services and community organisations with work health and safety, child safety, investigations, audits, policy development, incident response, risk assessments and assurance processes.
Her background also includes extensive experience in investigations, loss prevention, fraud risk, staff misconduct matters, workplace safety and compliance auditing. This gives her a practical understanding of how incidents unfold, how decisions need to be documented, and how organisations can protect children, staff, volunteers and leaders through clear systems and defensible processes.
Brigette’s approach is direct, practical and supportive. She helps organisations cut through complexity, identify gaps and put simple, workable systems in place before small issues become bigger problems.
